Quality Policy
Gianluca Solazzo Srl, with over twenty years of experience in the manufacture of shutters and windows, is a company that began as a small artisan business in the heart of Salento. It first established itself as a local business and has since grown, today, a company capable of extending its reach throughout the entire country, successfully establishing itself as a well-known brand with a widespread presence—through its sales network—in all regions of Italy and abroad.
Management, which has always been committed to maintaining and improving the quality standards of the products and services offered and to ensuring customer satisfaction, maintains a Quality Management System certified in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, within its scope of application: Manufacture of mixed-type windows and doors and aluminum shutters (EA-IAF sector: 17), through which:
- conducts an analysis of the internal and external environment and identifies the needs and expectations of stakeholders, including, in particular, customers, suppliers, its employees, and the local community;
- identifies the risks and opportunities that must be addressed in order to achieve and maintain the expected results; identifies and complies with applicable legal requirements and contractual agreements;
- strives for the continuous improvement of its products, services, and internal processes. It is committed to the ongoing exploration of new technologies and to maintaining and enhancing the skills of its staff;
- promotes and fosters a quality-oriented corporate culture. All employees are made aware of the importance of customer satisfaction, compliance with quality requirements for products and services, and meeting the performance targets established for all processes;
- continuously monitors the compliance of procured goods and services, as well as outsourced processes, with established requirements and expected quality standards;
- conducts thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they are free of defects and comply with the requirements agreed upon with the customer;
- ensures on-time deliveries and provides after-sales customer support, which is essential for promptly addressing inquiries regarding the quality and performance of the products supplied.
To demonstrate its ongoing commitment to improvement and customer satisfaction, management has established the following specific objectives:
- Invest in the necessary resources and means while ensuring compliance with the requirements for the final product (e.g., adherence to delivery deadlines and the effectiveness of after-sales support and customer care).
- Ongoing updates regarding applicable laws and regulations to ensure continuous compliance with mandatory requirements.
- Selection of qualified suppliers and certified materials to meet the customer’s final requirements.
- Ongoing employee training.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the Quality System through an annual review conducted by management and through “internal audits” scheduled and carried out throughout the year by qualified personnel.
- Continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction.
Management considers the effective implementation of the Quality Management System to be the responsibility of the entire organization and calls upon all staff at every level and rank to comply with this Policy and the provisions contained in the Quality Management System documents, to the extent of their respective duties and responsibilities.
Management is committed to periodically reviewing this Policy and aligning it with its improvement objectives. Specific objectives will be defined annually by Management and communicated to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
